Seamless Streaming on Multiple Devices
To provide some clarity regarding the number of devices you can use simultaneously with our service.
You can stream on up to five (5) devices at the same time, provided they are all connected to the same network. For example, if you have multiple devices like TVs, phones, laptops, or computers in your home, you can watch on all five devices concurrently as long as they share the same Wi-Fi network.
To illustrate:
- If James lives in USA and has three TVs and two cell phones connected to his home Wi-Fi, all these devices can be used simultaneously for streaming.
- However, if James takes his cell phone to work and attempts to stream while his family is watching TV at home, this will not be possible. Streaming is restricted to a single network at a time.
- If James stops streaming on his home devices, he can then use his phone for streaming at work or on the go.
This policy ensures a seamless streaming experience within a single network, avoiding conflicts with multiple locations.
